Paulina believes in the power of bold leadership and meaningful conversations. She is a rare kind of growth leader — someone who brings clarity when things are complex and knows how to turn dreams into a reality that holds. She brings these skills to ECHO as our Chief Growth Officer, and to our clients as a partner in helping our projects accelerate their own success.
As former CEO of The Forum, she tripled national impact across Canada, and as COO at Flytographer, she helped scale a global marketplace grounded in meaning and experience. As the bestselling author of Canada 150 Women, she created what Penguin Random House called “exceptional and unprecedented.”
Paulina is on the Board of Directors of the Terry Fox Humanitarian Award, Immigrant Employment Council of BC, and the UBC Innovation Council. Her leadership has been recognized and awarded by the Globe and Mail, BCBusiness, Business in Vancouver, the Vancouver Board of Trade, and the D.C.–based International Alliance for Women.
Paulina gained her business expertise working at KPMG in audit and management consulting, obtaining the CPA, CA designation.
