As a first generation Canadian born and bred in East Vancouver, Lacey has always been fascinated with the way storytelling binds families and communities together across time.
Using her background in healthcare and psychology, she uses evidence-based approaches to empower those in her community, so they can pursue realistic and supportive mental-health goals.
As a Psychology student, Lacey’s work involves advocacy for mental-health support and resources within communities, especially for former youth in care.
She brings this passion to her work at Echo by organizing and managing studio administration with efficiency and timeliness, as well as a hearty dose of humour and compassion.
When not at work, you can find Lacey colour-coding her planner, at a pilates class, or volunteering within East Vancouver.
