David holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University. He is the co-author of Inside Coca-Cola, the autobiography of former Coke CEO Neville Isdell. His other books include School for Startups (McGraw Hill) and Without Mercy (St. Martin’s Press).
