In 2007, lululemon athletica was growing FAST (a happy problem). To keep up with growth and foster a strong, one-of-a-kind company culture, lululemon’s founder Chip Wilson turned to storytelling. Here is how we crafted a custom culture book that would help the yoga apparel brand accelerate employee onboarding and earn investors’ trust.
